Please update your printer firmware to ensure proper detection of BG1 and BT2 ink cartridges.

Instruction:

  1. Download Firmware 16.2 (24091816) for your printer model.
  2. Launch the support tool.
  3. Select the Update Firmware option and follow the instructions to complete the upgrade.  Please update using USB only (Ethernet is not supported at this point)

Please note you must update your printer firmware for proper detection of BG1 and BT2 ink cartridges
